Dates: June 6-8, 2025

Location: Cedar Springs, Michigan

Player Waiver forms, AYSO ID and AYSO Roster will be required at check in

Referee Deposit: Referee support from each region is essential to the success of this tournament. Each region will be responsible for the # of referee's corresponding with the # of teams they have.

For every 3 teams attending, the region must send 1 referee.

Who Can Register: AYSO-Area 8A house teams.

A house team is the roster of players from the regular season. 50% of the players on the tournament roster must be on the regular season roster, signed by your Regional Commissioner.

All players must be from the same Region.

8U age players who played in 10U during season are eligible

Format: Round-Robin type format with Semi-Final and Championship games for divisions with more than one bracket.

Divisions:

10U Boys and Girls, 7 v 7, maximum 11 players on roster.

12U Boys and Girls, 9 v 9, maximum 13 players on roster.

14U Coed, 11 v 11 maximum 15 players on roster

19U Coed , 11 v 11 maximum 22 players on roster

**any regular season house team that exceeded the maximum number of player on their regular season roster will be allowed to enter their entire team.

Age Cut off Date: The cut-off date for each division will be the same as AYSO for the season immediately preceding the tournament.

Minimum Games: Each team will play a minimum of three games. Preliminary games will consist of 2-20 minute halves for U10 and 2-25 minute halves for U12 , U14 & U19. Semi-final and Championship games may be longer.

Tournament T-Shirts: Fee is $16 for Adult XL and smaller. Additional $2 charge for XXL and larger. There will be a limited number of shirts for sale at the door and will cost $18 on site.

Awards: Awards will be given to the top four teams from each division.
